1. Your 20-year-old son/daughter wants to work with a famine relief agency in a war torn country. Do you try to discourage him/her?
It depends what organization they are going through to do this… If they are going through an organization I am familiar with or have worked with I would probably let them go… but if it was with an organization I wasn’t familiar and comfortable with I wouldn’t let them go but would help them find other opportunities…
2. Your father is having an affair. You mother is unaware. Do you tell her?
Yeah….
3. “Is there a doctor on board?”, the captain of your jet asks repeatedly. You’re an M.D. but are drinking and seeing pink elephants. Do you answer the call?
I couldn’t ever see myself being drunk and on a plane… heck I can’t see myself ever being drunk. But yes I would go… I could at least tell someone what to do if I didn’t feel coordinated enough to do it myself…

So my friend and I are standing in the hair dye isle… and I say… I should dye my hair… she agrees… So we go for it. We pick out our color and go to my place… by the time Jason came home last night I was in the final stages of becoming a red head… I will post pictures later if I can get some good ones to come out…

1. How are you planning to spend the summer [winter]?
Well the biggest thing I am doing this summer is going with all of the Verber clan to Nova Scotia for two weeks….
The winter… I will hopefully get to go to Jamaica and help build houses…

2. What was your first summer job?
Target!

3. If you could go anywhere this summer [winter], where would you go?
Nova Scotia sounds good to me…

4. What was your worst vacation ever?
I’m not really sure… there are some vacations where I say I would never do that again… but there are always really great things about them… I guess I would have to say my Greyhound trip to New Hampshire… only because Greyhound sucks…

5. What was your best vacation ever?
When my family took Jason with us to Florida so he could go to Disney for the first time ever and meet my best friend….

I’m a little confused as to whether I should classify this as a good day or a bad day…

Bad:
-It is extremely hot, causing me to feel sticky and icky
-I didn’t go work out because I still get dizzy just standing sometimes thanks to my cold
-One of our huge heavy wooden windows dropped onto both of my hands
-Tigger started acting funny
-I cut myself with a piece of glass from three broken glasses

Good:
- I am almost to the half way point in the new Harry book
-I managed to do dishes even though it is insanely hot
-Thanks to Canada having screwed up shipping I won a contest at Gina’s (I think that pushes today to the good side)
-Tigger’s wierdness is kind of cute….
-J did a bunch of sweet things for me

Wow… I am 100% exhuasted… Vacation Bible Camp has taken a lot of energy, but it has been a blast. Maybe later today I will post some pictures.

Besides that it has been a rather productive week. I have managed to do several wedding things… I have booked a DJ… I will be meeting with a potential (probable) photographer next week… and I did a little dress shopping. It really is true that the dresses you least expect to look good look the best… So things done for the wedding with 1 year 2 months to the day are:
Reception
Food
Drinks
Church
Priest
DJ
I feel pretty happy with that…

Well it is off to my last long day of the week. I have Vacation Bible Camp immediatly followed by work… And I have a cold… so this should be an interesting day…

Naturally straight as a board….
2. How has your hair changed over your lifetime?
It used to be straight… then it was a frizzy poofball of perm…. then straight… then I grew out my bangs… then I got another perm and it was wavy…. now it is mostly straight…
3. How do your normally wear your hair?
I just brush and go normally
4. If you could change your hair this minute, what would it look like?
It would be longer
5. Ever had a hair disaster? What happened?
Not a major one… but my dad used to cut my bangs… and I would somehow end up remembling a mushroom…
