1. What did you do in 2004 that you’d never done before? Get married

2. Did you keep your new years’ resolution, and will you make more for next year? I didn’t really make any for 2004… I might make some for 2005… Not sure yet

3. Did anyone close to you give birth? A teacher I was close to in high school just had her second baby….

4. Did anyone close to you die? No

5. What countries did you visit? Germany, Jamaica

6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004? Better organization….

7. What dates from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? August 14th – I got married…. January 26th – I started my internship…. May 15th – I graduated college

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Getting married

Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday to my wonderful husband!!!

This Christmas has been one of my best ever I think…. It has been nice just being able to relax and hang out with family… that and it is mine and Jason’s first Christmas married to each other… I recieved so many wonderful presents this Christmas… here is a partial list that should include at least the big stuff
Ipod mini blue
Dyson animal vacuum(sp?)
Sizzix machine and accessories
Air filter (one where you don’t change the filter just clean it)
Scrapbook stuff
Rare Dean Koontz books
The new Dean Koontz book
Quarters for laundry
Kitty stuff….

Needless to say I am very blessed as is evident from the list… There are several things on that list I didn’t think I would be getting for quite a while yet…. Hope everyone had a great Christmas… Jason and I are heading home tomorrow so blogging may or may not become more regular after that….

I think I might cry…

I have been working on a layout which requires me to print on vellum in a very specific way… I have screwed it up at least 5 times now…. The scrapbook store thinks I am slightly crazy for going in and buying the same piece of vellum about four different times… Jason finally went this last time for me… It better be the last time.

Ordering online

Every gift I have gotten for someone I have gotten online this year…. I was sure to get my shopping done early so that I could allow for shipping. I ordered my mom’s especially early since it required some personalizing… I ordered it early in November. It said to allow four weeks to process and then shipping time. So according to that schedule it was supposed to ship no later than Dec. 11th. On Dec 12th I recieve an email saying it won’t ship until the 21st. Well since we are going to WI on the 23rd that didn’t leave much time for it to arrive here and me get it. I called to see if they could change where it ships to so that I could get in WI they said they couldn’t. I was frustrated… called my mom and told her I wouldn’t have her gift by Christmas… Well today I come home and there it is sitting outside my door. I think that JC Penny needs to be a little more aware of what is happening with their shipments… But hey… I am happy I have it now!
