Every gift I have gotten for someone I have gotten online this year…. I was sure to get my shopping done early so that I could allow for shipping. I ordered my mom’s especially early since it required some personalizing… I ordered it early in November. It said to allow four weeks to process and then shipping time. So according to that schedule it was supposed to ship no later than Dec. 11th. On Dec 12th I recieve an email saying it won’t ship until the 21st. Well since we are going to WI on the 23rd that didn’t leave much time for it to arrive here and me get it. I called to see if they could change where it ships to so that I could get in WI they said they couldn’t. I was frustrated… called my mom and told her I wouldn’t have her gift by Christmas… Well today I come home and there it is sitting outside my door. I think that JC Penny needs to be a little more aware of what is happening with their shipments… But hey… I am happy I have it now!
