Rachel asked me to be her maid (technically matron I guess) of honor… Here is the dress I will wear… I prefer sleeves… but it comes with a shaull (shall?) and I won’t be wearing the gloves… but this is basically it…

• The dogs think they have a new back yard simply because it is covered with snow, they chase each other around like idiots….
• The snow and 30deg temp made driving to and from church last night a little scary… but I made it…
• I’ve been going to bed too late…

Things I am thankful for… family, friends, Rachel for inviting me over so I don’t have to make the smallest turkey in the world for me and the furbabies… my church… my furbabies…

Well… I am home… safe and sound with my puppies and kitties.  I missed them a lot…  They seemed to miss me… Iowa is cold… Florida was warmer…  Let see… some highlights…

-Setting off the very loud siren alarm that sounds outside the house… and not knowing how to turn it off and not being able to get a hold of the security company…

-The eternal question of what exactly are the fishing rules in Florida…

-The unsuccessful attempts to drain the golf cart battery

-Halloween around the fly-in – lots of half naked crazy teenagers and golf cart trick or treating… interesting….

-20some mph wind gusts making the landing in Iowa more than interesting…

-Hanging out and relaxing in a beautiful house in a beautiful place…

I had lots of fun and I am definitely looking forward to going back sometime!
