So for him a marathon is barely a challenge (distance wise) since he runs almost 5 of them a week sometimes... Since the distance isn&#039;t a big problem it makes working on speed a little easier.</description>

		<description>3:25 to 3:06 that is crazy improvement.  And the splits are just unbelievable.  How did he go so fast from mile 18 on.  What training program did he use?  I must know as I too would like to someday qualify for Boston but only was able to do 3:37 at Madison this year.</description>
