We’ve never really had picky animals when it comes to food… We always just bought your basic grocery store brand… Even though Penny wasn’t losing weight and seemed healthy overall she would regularly (minimum of 1/month) throw up an entire stomach full of food… I decided finally that I’d had enough of that and started inquiring about dog foods. Rachel has dogs with sensitive stomachs so I went with the brand and type she recommended…
Well last week I had Jason go get dog food, and he had a temporary mind lapse and got the old dog food. I said no big deal they could get through one bag of it, and guess what, Penny is throwing up again. The bright side to this is that it justifies our decision to spend more on dog food. I was cautious about spending more $ for the rest of our dogs lives, but it is nice to see that it actually makes a difference in their health.
